Mark Twain once said, "The two most important days of your life are the day you were born and the day you figure out why."

Well, the day I was born was May 19th--sometime in the late 1900s. They day I figured out why? February 14, 2011. It was on that day that I discovered for the first time that my whole first name--Olutosin--a Yoruba name that means "God is worthy of praise," was also an anagram for the word "Solution."

After about 37 seconds of pride and puffing out my chest, I realized that I needed to get to work on what it is that I was a "solution" for. After some soul searching, prayer and wise counsel from people I know, like and trust, I realized that I was gifted in connecting with and empowering people. That let me to become what I now call a PME, or People Matter Expert.

I immediately began immersing myself in personal and professional experiences and opportunities that included returning to school to obtain a Master of Science in Organization Development, a certificate in Comprehensive Evidence-Based Coaching, and earn 16 certifications (so far) including as a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation as well as a Global Individual Accreditation as a Senior Practitioner in the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
