Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in full prior to the delivery or commencement of service.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments to avoid a cancellation fee.

Confidentiality Agreement

All information shared during coaching sessions or consultancy work will be kept strictly confidential.

Intellectual Property Rights

Any materials provided by Olu Burrell Consulting are for the client's personal use and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of Olu Burrell Consulting.
